Accidents happen. Specs get lost or damaged. We can help.
We are not able to help you choose new frames during this temporary closure – but we can make a repeat pair if we have supplied them before.
What we will do:
We will access your clinical records to verify the information we need.
We will get back to you to make sure we understand your need, and to ask for payment.
We will arrange for the completed specs to be delivered to you urgently.
Give you peace of mind:
If you were due an eye examination when you placed the order, and we subsequently find (when we return to clinics) that your prescription has changed – we will replace the lenses free of charge.
